Somewhat disapointing
When we arrived the had no room for us and we had to be transferred to another hotel at midnight. Housekeeping was haphazard and had to be told what should be done. On check-out they tried to charge Rupies 10,000 above the booked rate. Fortunately I had a photo of the booking confirmation and did not pay it. The staff was very friendly but I will not stay there again should I go to Trivandrum.

A good value business hotel with a pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was ok with friendly staff, but a fairly limited menu (not everything listed is actually available) Breakfast was basic but did the job.

The stay was good. Rooms are clean. Room service was excellent even though order took more time to reach. Staff are super friendly. Only suggestion that breakfast should be served as early as 6.30am.
