Overall this is a nice clean apartment other than the sliding glass doors that needed a good clean; we did this ourselves to enjoy the fabulous view. The property manager East Coast Getaways were all but useless with communication. I expect that guests are given instructions as to key pickup, building access and parking instructions well ahead of check in time and not 2 hours before and only because we chased it disconcertedly. As it was, the office was closed / unattended, phone calls to the office went to message bank. Tried to email the office and the email address bounced. We ended having to call / text the emergency contact mobile number for East Coast Getaways just to arrange the needful as above.
