Townhouse in Tersefanou

Our holiday home is a townhouse with a covered parking space and offers everything that is necessary for a successful individual holiday due to its furnishings and equipment, but also due to its location. The ground floor with the comfortably furnished living room with TV and Internet, toilet and the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six and the private south-facing veranda with another dining table for six, sun loungers and a flower bed provides the most important basis for your everyday vacation. And the upper floor with its two double bedrooms and a two-single bedroom, each with its own small shower room, offers enough privacy for a successful holiday with family and friends.Both the rooms on the upper floor and on the ground floor are equipped with new air conditioning systems, which also have a heating function for the colder season.
The holiday home is located in a closed and very well-kept residential and recreational complex "Helen of Troy Gardens", in the middle of which is a tropical landscape with banana trees, palm trees and bushes and a pool with children's pool, showers, toilets and changing rooms that is only accessible to holidaymakers and residents , as well as sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax, swim and play.
The quiet residential complex consisting of several townhouses and two apartment blocks is surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of the village of Tersefanou.
Tersefanou has about 1500 inhabitants who meet the tourists with their Mediterranean charm. The village was founded in the Byzantine period at an altitude of around 50 meters in the Larnaca region and today delights with the mixture of tradition and modernity. There are several churches and chapels here: Saint Marina from the 17th century; Saint Georgios Arperas, founded in 1745; 16th-century Saint Andronikos and 16th-century Saint Georgios of Potamos. In addition, there are traditional cafes, small grocery stores (the first one is 500 m away), taverns and other everyday infrastructure, such as administration, school, bus connections.
The motorway connection is about 4 km above the village, which can be used in no time to reach the capital Nicosia, which is about 38 km away, or the notorious port city of Limassol, about 46 km away, but also the tourist castle of Ayia Napa, which is about 60 km to the east, and that further west paphos
However, long tours are not required for a successful holiday, because from our holiday home in Tersefanou you can reach the Mediterranean Sea and the first beaches such as Careta Beach with the famous Kahuna Surfhouse in just 9 minutes by car, Camelpark Mazotos in just 8 minutes and the bay from Alaminos with its family friendly beach and bar in 12 minutes; the neighboring town of Kiti with shops, entertainment and a colorful selection of restaurants can be reached in just 3 minutes, while Larnaka town (centre) takes 10 minutes to (promenade) 20 minutes by car.
