Chair had uneven legs in the room couldn't sit in it without it rocking was hard as a rock as well as for staff no one was there when we checked in. No breakfast was a big disappointment

It was OK for a Red Roof Inn. However, we stayed on the second floor and the external stairs and doorway into the floor were not always secured as the door would drag on the door frame and the outside porch leaving the area unsecured!

It worked
It was a clean place to stay. The room was clean and replaced towels everyday. Mimi fridge was nice. Worst part was the was the kiosk front desk person. Which had some audio delays, lagging screens and no printing paper.

I booked this property yesterday since it was the first option when I looked up for my destination. Turns out it was 100 miles away from where I was supposed to go. I tried to contact both the property and Expedia help agent but I couldn’t get a refund back. We booked a room for nothing cause we didn’t even go. I tried contacting multiple times but nothing seemed to help. Still waiting my money back.
