"Hotel Oktogon was the perfect hotel for my brother and me traveling in December to visit Budapest! Located at a busy intersection with easy access to the rest of the city by foot or by catching a bus, trolley, or metro right steps from the front doors, it was a perfect location. Accommodations were also fantastic - the room was very comfortable and had a unique skylight / window on the top floor, the staff were extremely friendly and had sturdy umbrellas to borrow during a rainy day, and the hotel offered breakfast (for purchase or included in your stay, depending on what you initially book). If you are unsure about where to stay in Budapest, I couldn’t recommend Hotel Oktogon more! "
