Room wasn’t the cleanest, no handsoap for bathroom, not enough towels or toilet paper. There were 6 of us in a suite and when 2 of the guests ask the front desk for sheets, blankets and pillows for the pull out mattress on the couch, the staff was not very friendly and initially only gave the 2 guests one pillow to share. When they asked for another pillow, the woman at the front desk was rude and asked if they really needed 2. Breakfast was decent and a convenient location, but we will not be returning due to the lack of cleanliness and customer service.

The staff, size of the room & cleanliness was very good. It was very quiet in the hallways. Lots of parking spaces outside and good location, too. The breakfast was good enough for someone rushing to head out.

The room was spotless! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. No kidding. The bed was comfortable, the restroom was so clean, and the suite was spacious. Their breakfast was pretty good too. My husband and I will definitely be back.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. They had unusual locks on the bedroom door and the bathroom door which you could actually lock yourself in. The hot tub was out of order.. the room keys did not open the gate to the swimming pool… The room keys did not work. It’s deactivated your room key then you had to go back to the desk and get your key redone so you can get into your room. Breakfast was nice staff was friendly. Other than that. It was OK cause I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t working I was very disappointed. There was a lot of minor things wrong with this hotel.

Everything was good the staff & location was perfect. Only thing I can say is that the walls are thin & you can hear everything but I just put my Spotify music and fell asleep. I had a good experience

the Spa pool was nasty greenish and smelly. I mentioned it to the management but nothing was done for a day and a half... ridiculous. Beer cans and towels left by party people were left out and still there by 10.30 am... High level of incompetence. Sad. The facility is great but poorly run.

I requested towels (by calling and in person) a minimum of 6 times before walking down to the lobby to pick up towels. They are terribly understaffed. The bathroom tub was very slippery (dangerous) and the lock on the pocket door to the bathroom was horrible. We have stayed here before and always had stellar service. For some reason this stay was different.
