Fully renovated in 2019 open Kitchen and large center island, high ceilings, open floor plan, infinity pool gazing out over expansive rolling hills and vineyards. It's a perfect balance of elegance and comfort, a modern and rustic lifestyle.
Sleeping arrangement:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and a bunker bed.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds.
Entertainment:
(Smart TV, guest must use their own Netflix or other online TV service account)
- Pool table in the garage
- Big screen TV in the living room. also TVs in the garage with pool table and master bedroom.
Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for a pool or extra heating fee. The pool may not be heated during winter due to the low air temperature.
- The fireplace is not operational
- Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level).
Parking:
- No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage and pool table)
- Parking space is limited to 8 vehicles.
NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:
If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. While we do allow very specific types of gatherings, this is not the home for large or overly loud events. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.
We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
No amplified music
No excessive shouting/yelling
No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
No loud music coming from vehicles
Between 9:30 pm and 8 am:
No outdoor activities at the poolside.
NO NOISE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
