first no food service inside they said resturant in hotel it was in the building across the street bar was open at 5 at the other location we had to change rooms arrived and rooms were dirty and last people left food everywhere the next morning the pounding on walls was so load it woke us up several times in both rooms on each side of my room called to front desk manager several times they could only say the workers was fixing something early the will stop but they did not started at 9am dff and on until we left

I liked that there was a nature conservancy area nearby to walk through. Area felt safe. Liked having a restaurant/bar option nearby at the Marriott. My floor and the elevators desperately needed vacuuming. I let the staff know but it did not change while I was there. Lots of kids-difficult to get breakfast because of so many kids. Lots of mess from the kids around. Very noisy atmosphere. Better for families than someone traveling for business.

I really like this hotel because it' easy to cross to NYC through Washington Bridge; however, I am only giving 3 start as overall because, the bathroom items were very limited as we constantly have to request to staff for toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and hand soap which was really annoying to request literally every single day. The other things is that our air conditioner in the room was leaking and by our last night stay the carpet was wet. Finally, the last day our room was not even cleaned, the staff just placed one toilet paper but the bathroom was not even clean, the beds were made but the room was not cleaned either. I told the staff at the front desk the day I was leaving for which they apologize but asked me if I had mentioned it which I did not as we arrived late at night to even bother but I still mention it so that they can improve their services as the hotel is really nice and in a convenient location in New Jersey. The other thing they need to improve is to have more variety for breakfast as they literally served scrambled eggs everyday which became really boring after being there almost for a week an spending almost CAD $300/night.
