Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder unbequem. Die Küchenausstattung beschränkt sich auf ein Minimum, die Pfannen waren stark verkratzt. Einen Toaster oder Wasserkocher gab es nicht, dafür einen Geschirrspüler.

Una Favola
Location bellisima curata nei particolari alla reception cordiali e solari al punto di ricordarmi i nomi Gabriella (che è a dieta ma non so' perché ) una piscina mozzafiato con bagnini ed adetti gentilissimi. 4 giorni passati tra relax e bellezza come la spiaggia dedicata al villaggio. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente perché ha lasciato un segno indelebile.

Permanenza di una sola notte a Castellaneta
Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Nonostante una piccola incomprensione iniziale, devo dire che alla fine l'hanno risolta positivamente per noi. Ottimo villaggio, pieno di verde e villettine nuove, dove trascorrere le vacanze! Quasi sicuramente ci ritorneremo e in ogni caso lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici.

Anche se per pochi giorni, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento grande con 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto. Piscina bellissima e personale molto gentile. Accoglienza ottima all' arrivo. Ci ritornetemo.

Hotel da usare solo per pernotto!!!!
Letto fantastico, comodo ed immenso; scarsa la disponibilità di prodotti per igiene che dopo averli richiesti al personale erano in abbondanza conè anche gli asciugamani; colazioni con problemi costanti alla macchina per cappuccini e caffè...mancanza di nutella....personale gentile; alla Spa....la definiamo Spa??? La palestra....Vabbè in vacanza non si pensa alla palestra :) distanza dallo stabilimento balneare 3 km....questa è l'alternativa alla palestra!!!

La struttura è carina, ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare, le camere venivano pulite il pomeriggio pertanto non era possibile far la doccia prima di pranzo o riposare dopo pranzo, un giorno siamo stati senza asciugamani perchè erano terminati quelli disponibili e la lavanderia non aveva riportato quelli puliti, all'arrivo il bagno si è allagato perchè la doccia perdeva, il lavandino era otturato, e la televisione non funzionava. Il personale è molto incompetente e l'animazione è quasi inesistente.

un incubo: arrivati alle ore 16 e 30 camera non pronta, alla richiesta di fare un tuffo in piscina visto il gran caldo ci fanno pagare 16 euro per accedere ai servizi quali poi visto che noi pernottavamo solamente. La nostra prenotazione prevedeva camera con patio: nulla di tutto ciò. Ci accorgiamo alle due di notte che ci avevano assegnato una camera comunicante con quella degli animatori quando saltiamo dal letto per le urla disumane che provenivano dalla porta di comunicazione. Cerchiamo di pregarli di desistere dalle grida senza alcun risultato. Corriamo al telefono per comunicare con la reception non funziona malgrado i 16 euro. Telefoniamo quindi con il telefonino e dopo l'intervento del portiere le urla si affievoliscono. Attendiamo il giorno e......scappiamo

Quqtto stelle da togliere.
Hotel sopravalutatonon ha le peculiarità di un quqttro stelle e non ne offre i servizi. Con mia moglie abbiamo salito i bagagli in camera per mancanza di un facchino.Letti con materassi obsoleti a molle che ti torturano durante il riposo.Alle ore 14.30 la stanza nonera stata rifatta pertanto abbiamo riposato in letto disfatto e bagno non fatto.La sera era stato rifatto ma in maniera approssimativa .

Un ambiente agradable y relajante
Aunque la arquitectura exterior no lo sugiere, nada más atravesar el hall del hotel enseguida te atrapa el ambiente de relajación que emana el hotel: la decoración, la musica ambiental, la atención del personal.... Habitación espaciosa, cma muy confortable. Personal atento. Fantástica la piscina climatizada y centro wellness. Está bien el Lido de la playa (hay que pagar 6 € por persona). El pueblo en sí mismo no es gran cosa. Para disfrutar de la estancia en el hotel.

L'hotel è molto carino , pulito . Le camere sono spaziose e il bagno anche. L'unico difetto è che per usufruire della piscina e della spiaggia bisogna pagare 40 euro a settimana.Il centro benessere è presente ma il servizio è di bassa qualità.
