Good stay for 5 days. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning and replenishment of disposables n replacement of towels. Staff members were extremely polite and helpful. ( eg. Vicky went beyond her call of duty to search online after we went out, to locate an item we were looking for) There were lots of eating places withun walkung dustance. Cabs can be arranged easily by hotel staff. The hotel was generally quiet and pleasant with only 2 incidents: 1. 2 parties were having a loud argument outside our hotel room for a few minutes. Seems like unhappy with room arrangements. We didn't open door. 2. A large group of Chinese/Taiwanese tourist stood at the entrance of the lift door n forced their way in before we could step out.... We had to tell them to back off n let us out. ( perhaps crowd control needed for such tourists)

Property of the hotel is pretty central . We are able to walk to shopping mall. Night market. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is just a little dated. Room are pretty clean with amenities ( shampoo and body wash). Carpet is def needs some cleaning but overall. We are please with our stay.

Stayed here few times and this time really shows the hotel is getting old especially the furnitures in the room.. one thing that I’m not happy with is the dry cleaning for my coat. It came back with a foul smell, like clothes that had been stored in a warehouse for very long.. my coat is cleaner than before this dry cleaning.. though it’s closed to the Zhongli night market but I’ll probably look for alternative the next time I stay at Taoyuan…

We had a brief stay whilst in transit, booked through Expedia. Hotel was easy to reach using the MRT from the airport. Check-in was efficient with friendly & helpful staff. The room was huge & comfortably fitted a family of 4. We used the pool briefly - the facilities were excellent. Convenience stores & the night market are close by. We had to leave before the MRT service began but the staff at the front desk were very helpful when arranging a taxi for us. All contact with staff during our stay was positive. (We only spoke English but this was not a problem.) Would definitely stay here again. Recommended for airport layovers if you don't want to have to travel into Taipei & want an area more interesting than just an airport hotel.

The hotel is clean, food delicious, the room was spacious. the closet is large, desk, coffee table and chairs all made out of red wood. beautif ul decoration the entire room. The bathroom and shower is large, and has a huge bathtub. the room I stay is suite, 1king bed (Ambassador), stay 11 nights from Aug 9-12, 2025, both bedroom and living room have beautiful city view with large winow. I love the hotel it made me feel happy, safe, and tranquility. Also the price was ver good with discounts, because I book from Expedia.
