Mrs. Linda the lady who runs the continental breakfast was very welcoming.. She greeted everyone coming in as well as introduce herself to let us know who she is an also offer suggestions on what places are nice to visit while on vacation. I give Mrs. Linda 5 Stars and it's because of her customer service i will be back to stay at your hotel.

Property was clean and did the job. Was in a good location in Tampa. It was close to Tampa General Hospital which is why we were there I just had a kidney transplant

Our room was very clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. It was very quiet, we never heard any outside noises or nothing that kept us away. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a free breakfast available for early mornings.

The sheets weren’t clean and something was biting us. When we asked to change the sheets they said we have to change the room because no one is here from house keeping. We had to go and bring the sheets ourselves to change them. I would never go back.
