We went to check-in and there were no available rooms. The front desk took us to two rooms that were occupied. this was 11pm at night, end result we had no room and the experience was terrible!

Nice hotel but can only enter through loby
My only complaint is that you can only enter through the lobby even if your room is on the opposite end of the building. Hopefully they will install key readers for access through the other exterior doors. Other than that, the property was good. Room was large and clean.

Hotel staff was friendly. The property was clean but the first room they put me in had a malfunctioning AC unit, they changed me to a new room which was hot when I arrived. I set the thermostat down as low as I could, and was uncomfortable all night because the temperature would not go below 78°. Besides the problem for the AC and being uncomfortable because of the heat, everything else was acceptable.

I just had a bad experience. There was No hot water. All I wanted is a warm shower after a long day. Also it was cold in Florida temp around 52 and the heat was not working. It was over the weekend and No manager to talk to till Monday.

The property is under remodel. Great! There some things that were a issue regardless of remodel. this is the second time in a couple months I stayed at Oasis. The room I stayed in happen to be on the first floor under a roof (bar) that kept light or sun. Ok...issue was the heat did NOT work. It happens to be in the low 50's at night and daytime was cool for Florida this time of year60's. I notified the desk twice. No resolution. I was told it would be looked at but never happened. The days I was there i had to wear hoodies even to sleep and use my own blankets. Second if you have containers for breakfast items (oatmeal etc.) have the item. My stay was 3 nights.

i have a child and the heater was not working. we went in the winter time and it was cold. our room was cold. i called front desk to tell them and they said many rooms heater was not working. they claimed they couldnt change our room bc they were fully booked. all stores were closed at that time of night ans we couldnt go anywhwre to get a space heater. they did nothing to help besides offer extra blankets. not even a discount.

My room was 89 degrees when I opened the door. I called the office and asked for maintenance. An hour later no one arrived. I asked to be moved to a different room and was not. I had to leave the balcony open all night just to get a little comfort. The property itself is super cute, but the room being miserably hot ruined my night.

It was lovely! We stay in Tampa/Clearwater 3x a month, and we think we have made of found a new favorite when we're in that area of Tampa.
