- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the villa is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

- The landscaping and pool service companies visit the property once a week and may be present during your stay. There’s no set date for when these companies service the property, but they will only be on-site for a brief period of time
- The pool is cleaned weekly but debris from the tree may fall into the pool over the course of the week
- There are pavers around the pool. Guests are encouraged to be cautious when walking around the pool as some of the pavers are not perfectly even and guests may trip if not careful
- The finish at the bottom of the pool is peeling due to age, but it is still safe to swim in/stand on

Beautiful house
We had a great time at the house! It was beautiful and have plenty of space for everyone! Great location and property managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this rental.
