The staff was extremely nice the entire time. Breakfast options are great! We came to go to the aquarium and the zoo. Aquarium is about 30 minutes away and the zoo was 12-15minutes away. Easy access to both.

Wrinkled sheets and especially pillow cases. Hair in bathtub and on shower curtain. Never saw anything about $12 parking fee. Ridiculous. A tired worn Hyatt Place near USF tacking on a parking fee. It was enough to make me want to boycotting the chain. When I nicely complained, she took the charge off.

Comfortable stay.

Clean and great price!
We were there for a 2 night stay and we loved it. Had the room we needed and was so close to the park where we were going. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed.

Average stay, not the worst but certainly not the best. No one was at the front desk for like ten minutes as I was trying to check in. When we tried to turn the air conditioner on it just kept saying error. Thankfully it was cold outside so wasn’t too hot in the room. Also had no extra towels, pillows or blankets when we asked.
