Jery at the Front Desk was amazing! We called to let her know our plane had landed in Orlando and we would be checking in a couple of hours later. She was bubbly, kind and extremely attentive! She was able to provide plenty of information for the surrounding area!

I PAID $50 EXTRA FOR A CITY VIEW AHEAD OF TIME. I WAS PUT ON FLOOR #5, A VIEW OF THE BUILDING ACROSS FROM ME. THERE ARE 17 STORIES TO THE HYATT HOUSE AND FOR A CITY VIEW I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED TO BE AT LEAST ON THE 10TH FLOOR TO SEE THE CITY. CHECKING OUT, I WAS INFORMED THAT ALL ROOMS HAVE CITY VIEWS. SO I PAID AN EXTRA 50 FOR NOTHING. WAY DISAPPOINTED FOR A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE FOR MY WIFE. LESSION: CALL AHEAD FOR EXPECTED FLOOR IF YOU HAVE EXPECTATIONS.

Great location in the heart of downtown Tampa. The room was very large and clean. I really enjoyed having a small kitchen, sitting area and bedroom area. The free breakfast in the morning was also good.

Room was dirty. We didn’t get the view room that we bought. Was told next time book thru the hotel to get a view room. I told her I booked a view room thru Expedia. Our view was looking directly at a building. We requested an early check in at 2 pm and was accommodated but given the worst room that no one else wanted. Staff member was so rude and said you can pack up your items and come back down but we don’t know how long it’ll take to get you inside your room as check in is at 4.

The room was fine, but the large bath towels were underneath the sink which you had to bend way over to pick up, we felt the shower floorwith slippery. We feel the towels shoud be hanging. When we checked-out this moring at 5:15 the desk clerk was very rude' Your valet people were exteremly courteous and helpful. They ones that were on at 4 pm when we checked in and the one at 5:15 am this morning. "The BEST".
