1. The guest understands that there are absolutely NO parties allowed in any of the units. If the guests are too loud and disrupt the property, this can result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund and a $500 penalty. 2. The guest also understands that this property is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 penalty. 3. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property. 4. The guest also understands that they are required to vacate the unit at the designated check-out time. If a guest needs to leave at a later time, they must first notify the host in a timely manner and get permission to do so. Failure to leave on time and notify the host will first result in a late check-out penalty of $100. If the guest is out later than an hour, then the guest will get charged the nightly rate as an additional penalty. 5. Guests also understand that any extra beds, other than the beds in the bedroom, are available but available upon request. The guest MUST ask the host ahead of time in order to accommodate any extra beddings for the unit. If the guest fails to notify the host, the host is not responsible for any issues with sleeping arrangements. 6. Guests also understand that the host will be readily available for all questions and phone calls at any time of night the best they can. But will not be responsible for any issues that may arise past 11pm. a. If a guest anticipates to check in after 11pm, they agree to notify the host of the estimated check in time, so the host can make the proper accommodations to make sure they are available in case of any check in issues. They will also agree to notify the host that they have checked in even if there are not any issues. 7. Guests also agree and understand that this is a Residential building. Every guest will treat this property as if it was their own home and respect other people’s property and privacy to the best of their ability. 8. Finally, all guests have agreed that they have thoroughly read these House Rules and by booking this unit they agree to abide by the House Rules and have no dispute to any of the House Rules.
