Welcome to your cozy boho style home away from home! This 1 bed apartment has all that you need to be comfortable! Walking distance to many of the Seminole Heights hotspots that this foodie district is known for. Close by there are a Starbucks, bars, restaurants and many shops! Only 5-10 min to downtown and it’s centrally located so you can get to most parts of Tampa pretty easily! There’s a full kitchen and full bathroom, as well as a comfy couch and an air mattress to use in the living room!
The Space:
The space is loaded with stylish boho chic decor. Enjoy reading a book on our hanging chair, watch a movie on the pull out couch, cook some meals in the full kitchen, or cuddle up in our comfortable bed with a pillow top bed topper!
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to 2 parking spaces, and the entire apartment to use all to yourself!
The Neighborhood:
Tampa in general has some fantastic restaurants and shops. This neighborhood (Seminole Heights) is known for our independent gourmet foodie restaurants. We have some spectacular bars and restaurants, a good amount of which are within 3-6 blocks away! Walk down and get some coffee/breakfast in the morning, dinner/drinks at night, and even fresh Cuban bread at the 24 hour bakery that’s 4 blocks away! 15min to airport, 5-10min to downtown/convention center, 5 min to Armature Works, 15 min to Moffit, 10 min to Ybor City, 20-50 min to beaches (depending on beach) and 15 min to Busch Gardens.
Getting Around:
Plenty of stuff is walking distance but if you’d like to explore the entire city you should probably rent/bring a car. Although Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
We also have excellent high speed WiFi, and a Roku TV with Netflix in the living room.

Great little charm!
We stayed in this perfect place for two. It was all we needed. Parking was easy. Communication was great. Local to Tampa. The place was clean. We will defiantly stay again.

Cute Cozy Retreat
Nicely hidden yet easy to find, clearly labeled parking right outside of the entrance! Great little place! Bed and couch were so comfortable, great temp control, kitchen had everything we needed! I rated 4 out of 5 stars bc Wi-Fi speed was below average; cleaning was average and a few areas in the suite could use renovation. LOVED the keyless entry, host response time was amazing and the checkout process was completely stress free (easy clean up rules, no keys to worry about, etc.)
