An intimate eating area along with beautiful views of the back terrace, pool, and palapa welcome you through the wooden double doors that provide added privacy and separate the front and back courtyard when needed.

Just off of the entrance, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a new dishwasher, new stove, and new microwave, a double sink, bar seating for 2, and plenty of windows to allow for a large quantity of natural light and uninterrupted views of your outdoor paradise. Gorgeous dark wood ceilings, custom bamboo accents, embedded stone detailing in the ceramic floor tiles, and charming stone columns throughout the villa create an enchantingly elegant atmosphere. In the dining room, a large wooden table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, with a half bath conveniently located nearby. A locked hidden cabinet with a generous amount of storage can also be found just off of the dining room. High ceilings and large windows amplify the space to make it feel open and grand.

Continue on to the living room where you can enjoy comfortable seating and lots of lighting for reading, playing games, or watching a movie on the large-screen TV.

Make your way up the pebble stone staircase to the second floor to find the immense master suite. Freshen up in your open stand-up shower or indulge in a soothing bath in the soaker tub. With plenty of counter space, storage, and double sinks, you’ll never feel cramped in this large air-conditioned bathroom. Then sink into the luxurious king-sized bed while you enjoy watching your favorite show or unwind on the private terrace with a refreshing cocktail, gazing out at the dazzling blue sky. Down the hall, you’ll find a massive walk-in closet where you can organize and store your belongings. Located inside the master suite, a connecting room containing 2 twin beds, is the ideal setup for those staying with young children.

Friends and family will love the two king-sized guest bedroom suites, accessed directly from the courtyard, each equipped with a large built-in storage unit, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an open-air shower. A cozy third guest suite is only a staircase away at the back of the property. A queen bed, TV, walk-in shower, and balcony provide the right amount of comfort and privacy for anyone wanting to have a more intimate experience. For additional storage, a garage with built-in shelving and a laundry room are located underneath the third bedroom.

Even with all of these wonderful features throughout the villa, the heart of the property is the serene and colorful pool area full of palm trees, tropical plants, and brightly colored flowers.
