excellent location on the beach
The only drawback was a very loud party at a neighbor's house that lasted late into the morning, making sleep very difficult. The property is nice and the location on the beach is excellent. The food in the restaurant was good quality and the buffet was expansive with many options. The staff was all very friendly.

Nao merece o nome de resort. E uma pousada boa pe
Muito pernilongo no quarto, que nao possuia repelente. O ar condicionado e pequeno para o tamanho do quarto. O ralo do box entope no banho. O assento do vaso sanitario estava quebrado. No cafe em 8 dias que fiquei nao tinha suco de laranja. E a tapioca era limitada a uma por hospede. Academia com aparelhos sem manutencao. Ar nao funciona sendo informado no primeiro dia de hospedagem a recepcao e nada foi feito.no penultimo dia de hospedagem esperei mais de uma hora para aguardar solucao do boiler de aquecimento para tomar banho. Ao solicitar umas poucas pedras de gelo para colocar numa sacola termica pequena da 1° vez me atenderam, na segunda vez me informaram que iria cobrar uma taxa de R$ 6,00 e la tem maquina de gelo. Ate o penultimo dia nao havia qq controle para retirada de toalhas. E entao do nada fizeram assinar um documento informando se perdesse a toalha seria cobrado uma tx de 50,00 por toalha.

Os pontos negativos foram: Estacionamento com água de esgoto empossada no chão e fedentina que se espalhava longe pelo hotel. Wc do apto 1- com infiltração no teto mofo no teto e na porta do wc. 2- pia entupida 3- chuveiro com pouca água e não esquentava bem. Parquinho infantil e gazebos precisando manutenção Pontos positivos Funcionários nota mil Café da manhã muito bom e variado Comidas maravilhosas Quarto espaçoso e confortável Praia na frente maravilhosa tanto na maré baixa como na alta. EXPERIÊNCIA AGRADÁVEL
Tenho vários elogios, em especial ao Cláudio da equipe dos garçons a recepcionista Luh, que nos atenderam muito bem, se bem que todos foram bons, mas eles foram excepcionais, sobre o hotel ele é top porém tem uma quantidade de gatos não muito agradável, tanto na área da piscina quanto, na Recepção e na área verde do Hotel, um ponto a melhora seria ter mais um segurança, visto que a quantidade para o Hotel é pouco, tendo em vista a área verde que dá de frente a praia ser aberta, o tempo todo crianças entram para pedir ajudar, causando constrangimento e certo desconforto.
