Ground floor: 1 bedroom with bunk bed (plus 1 drawer bed), separate WC, walk-in shower, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), dining area with large table, living room with TV, first floor: 1 double bedroom with TV, 1mezzanine with double sofa bed with TV. Enclosed garden with large table for meals.
In the residence is a large swimming pool (20X10m), a tennis court, a room with ping pong table
The house is 8 km south of Les Sables d'Olonne, a large sandy beach is 4 km away, the 18 hole golf course of Bourgenay (Pierre et Vacances) is 2 km away. A cycle path passes in front of the residence and connects all these places along the sea

Lieu agréable
Merci à Danièle pour sa souplesse, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. Sa maison est fonctionnelle et le lieu est magique. La baie de Cayola, la plage de Veillon et bien d'autres sites sont à faire. Avec les pistes cyclables on allie plaisir et activités. Merci Danièle et sans aucun doute à bientôt 😊

Très bel emplacement. Super séjour.
Logement très bien équipé, propreté impeccable aussi bien à l'intérieur que les extérieurs. Piscine agréable et transats disponibles en quantité suffisante. 1 petite remarque (il en faut au moins 1), manque de pression sur le réseau d'eau pour la douche. Mais très satisfait de tout le reste.
