The feature that stood out for me was the STAFF!!! They were simply wonderful! Roxanne was so generous and attentive serving breakfast. Anything I asked, she was ready to make me a satisfied patron. There was a lot of staff showing that they would go the extra mile. If I needed something, Kaylon took care of everything quickly for my convenience. Waldon clearly loved what he did at his station, serving margaritas. I was just so impressed with the staff!

We booked a room with 2 beds. When we arrived at our room, we were given a room with 1 bed. When we went back to the front desk to explain there was a mistake, we were told they did not have the room we booked and that they would send sheets for someone to sleep on the floor. This was unacceptable and we were given no reason other than they were overbooked. The unprofessional treatment by the front desk and overall situation shed a negative light on the hotel and we will not be returning.

The location of this hotel was prime. It was close to everywhere we were going. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was modest. If you’re like us, then that is not huge deal because the only thing we did af the hotel was sleep and shower. There was floor tile that was loose which was definitely a trip hazard especially since the room we were in seemed to be handicap accessible.(handrails, bench in the shower, auto open/close doors). The bed itself was uncomfortable
