I’m not sure what all the positive reviews are from. 1. The rooms are tired, our room has corroded faucets and lots of water stained areas. 2. There was hair on the floor and walls of the bathroom and sticky stuff in the walls that needed to be cleaned under the towel bar. 3. The sheets were very hard starched and not soft at all. 4. Breakfast was good. Normal hotel breakfast but clean and nice. 5. Only one key card for three of us with different schedules.

It was excellent the reception area. Eric was very wonderful with us arriving and getting our room early. We did pay an early checkin fee upon our arrival as we brought our 17 year senior pup. She did fantastic. Everything was very nice. Suite was great

The staff in the reception were very friendly and attentive. However, the rooms need some updating, specially the bathrooms. Our shower had a two foot crack along the wall, the grout was very dirty and overall didn’t have a very good appearance.

It was okay, the air and heat in the room was poor and noisy. However, the room was decent. The shower would have been better if it had a standard hook for height to be stationary, the way it was was a shower at the height of children or little people. Though hand adjustable because it had no ability to be stationary at an adult height it was more difficult to shower effectively.

The room was subpar, the A/C started out cold but struggled to keep the room cold during our stay. The bathroom fan needed maintenance and should've been replaced or fixed prior to our arrival, regardless of the holidays. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, or bleach want used on the mold growing on the wall, at the top of the shower. Calcium buildup had been there long enough to turn pink in the shower, in multiple areas. In regard to the Amenities within the room, the TV doesn't have streaming apps, the channel guide only worked 30% of the time, and you don't offer any option for alternatives.

The hotel was great and the staff was amazing! My only complaint was that there was a little bit of mold in the shower. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfy!
