The house is nestled on a hill with four other farmhouses that all made up a farm in a bygone era. Internally the farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019 and is now equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. The common area is characterised by a swimming pool (12x6m) with a shower, deck chairs, an umbrella and a large garden with shady trees. The swimming pool area, less than 50m from the house, offers a splendid panoramic view over the Tuscan hills. The top storey of the detached farmhouse features a large double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There is a cosy living room with sofa bed and writing corner for recharging computers and electronic devices on the middle storey. The ground floor features is a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) which opens onto the large outdoor terrace. A spacious garden area is available for exclusive use with a table, chairs, an umbrella, an aromatic herb garden and a barbecue.
