以下の理由により期待はずれ。 部屋は広かったが、湿気臭(カビ臭い)が気になって、快適には過ごせなかった。部屋に置いてあったウェルカムパイナップルケーキは消費期限が間近なものだった。ネスプレッソマシーンは事前にお湯を流してすすいだところ、茶色い汚れが出てきて汚かった。 サービスは至って普通。

We stayed only 1 evening, as we were making our way home from our travels in Asia. Shangi-La Taipei was everything I needed. Nice hotel in a great location with access to shopping. Our room had a great view of Taipei 101. The breakfast options were plentiful even with western type comforts in addition to international options. We had a very late flight departure time and the hotel gave us a flexible option for late checkout which was extremely helpful.

Overall the service feels like in a Shangri-la hotel. The staff in the reception is friendly and helpful. The room is clean with good quality house keeping. However, the breakfast is very average when compared to similar hotels in Asia. The property has shown its age. The lobby is quite shabby and old. The ceiling in the lobby was dripping air conditioning water when I was waiting for my taxi.

2017년, 결혼 후 첫 아내 생일 때 묵었을때 너무 기억이 좋았어서 이번에 또 선택했는데, 역시나 좋은 추억 만들었어요. 이번에는 루프탑 수영장도 이용했는데, 타이페이 시내를 훤히 볼 수 있다는 게 큰 장점이었습니다. 조식 부페도 마음에 들었는데, 특히 디저트(빵)류가 정말 맛있었어요. 다만, 지하 주차장 이용 시 프런트에 잘 말해놔야 번거롭지 않다는게 조금 불편했어요.
