I selected this hotel mainly because 1) it is near Taipei main station 2) it is not too expensive 3) it has laundry facilities. The washing machines look a little dirty, but better than not having any. Need to purchase the detergent at 10ntd but washer/dryer free to use. The room for 4 persons is spacious, but tables are very small. Better if bigger. The shelf to hang clothes also small. Will be good if there is a rack to hang 4 towels so no need to change towels every day. We stayed 3 nights. Floor is platform and squeaky when you walk. Scared disturb my spouse and kids when I walk to use toilet in the middle of the night. Some reviewers complained about the lifts. Actually, there are 3 more lifts at the back of the building. Our room happened to be near the back lifts, so very convenient. The lift at the front opens directly to the hotels front counter though. Overall, basic needs met.

Paid for room with window, but I only see walls of another building. The layout is weird and room is odd shape. There are too many rooms and the reception staff is overwhelmed. It's very convenient to Taipei Train Station

Great location right opposite Taipei Main Station. Not that easy to find in as much as it's a huge building with no name signs and the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. However if you can negotiate that the rates are competitive. No bar/restaurant facilities in house though.

The good: 1st - link from B3 at tpe main station directly to hotel( L3 to 5). Very convenient. 2nd - room make up is everyday. Towels changed daily, water refill daily. Plus point. The bad: 1st: any stranger can enter the hotel, as the lifts at taipei main station direct access your hotel rooms. Very unsafe. 2nd: 1st time stay at an office building level convert to hotel. Sound proof is super bad. Everytime someone from above or below close the door, u can hear distinctly, whole night is sound of doors slamming. 3rd: front lift shared among the whole office block, from basement B5 to level 20 . The lift take forever to come up or go down. We stayed at 2 double bed room for 2 person. Bed is considered good. Not considered super clean, but good enough. Toilet bowl is that of japanese kind, automatic. This is a plus point. Room with window faces caeser park hotel rooms, so have to draw curtain. Will i stay at this hotel again? I doubt so. Any stranger can come up to your hotel rooms. Despite the convenience, i will skip this. Stayed 5 nights at $450 sgd.

For the price I paid this was an excellent choice.All I needed was a place to sleep and relax.My room did not have a window.But I did not mind that the room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. If you are looking for a nice cost efficient place to sleep this would be your choice.

Located to the Taiwan Main Station, with direct access to train, MRT including the Airport MRT, and buses within walking distance of hotel. While the hotel is a bit hard to find, no signage for the hotel and hotel lobby is in 5th floor of a building. Room where nice hard to find location with 4 beds for a larger family that doesn’t want to sleep together. It’s pretty much sleep and shower, not much else you can do in the room due to space. While it can sleep 8 people there wasn’t much room for bags.

Good location.. small dryer
Location of the hotel was fantastic with a lot of food options nearby. The lift to our room was a bit confusing at first as some lifts don’t serve to our room level. I stayed at level 3, there was 3 washer and 3 dryer on that level. Washer was ok, but the dryer is so small (about half size of washer) so when after guest use the dryer, they tend to squeeze all their clothes into the tiny dryer which will not dry their clothes after 3 hours of drying. I had to wake up twice in the middle of the night to use all 3 dryers to dry 1 load of clothes for another 3hours. Hope they can change to a bigger dryer that matches the size of the washer

只有位置好這個優點。 隔音極差，開門關門隔好遠都聽到，而且一到早上9點不知那裏裝修，嘈到不得了。 廁所淋浴去水極慢，沖涼地下變水塘。 Loby擺放很多行李， 道路很窄。 可能住3或4樓會好一點。

Taipei Main Station hotel.
Great location, right across from Taipei main station. The hop on hop of stops across the street too. The M5 exit from Taipei Main station is diagonally across the street. If you want a room with a window. Make sure you make a screenshot of your booking and present it to the hotel. Check in floor 5, last lift. Down to B2 for direct access to station/ shopping. Will stay again,as it’s great value.

The hotel is just steps away from the metro entrance and across the street from Taipei Main Station. The elevators are painfully slow and always full. The bathroom had been remodeled recently and was beautiful and modern. The room carpet was old and full of stains. I paid extra for a room with a window and the glass was frosted. When I opened the window the view was obstructed with venting units and such. The furniture in the waiting areas was very outdated and very dirty.
