Convenient location, just next to a metro exit, close to a small night market. Surrounded by commercial offices, no shopping place. There are an indoor swimming pool and onsen that can enjoy even under bad weather ;)

Nice Japanese owned hotel with very friendly and helpful crew. The morning buffet provided a lot of choices, but been to other hotels in Taipei that are better.

The property is it a great location for dining and shopping. There is paid parking across the street, which is very convenient. There is no check-in desk or housekeeping, and the room could have used a more thorough cleaning before we checked in. It was easy to communicate with the rental agency, and they were very attentive.

The property is excellent but i would prefer to be closer to the Ximen or Taipei 101 area. The shower door is leaking lots of water when i take a shower. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all excellent. The rooms are huge. We were in room 419.
