This is a really well maintained hotel with good and reliable staff, but it is too far from any MRT station. If you're not someone who enjoys walking 10k steps a day or more, somewhere else might be better for you

This is a open concept..With two toilet separated and the bathtub is just beside the bed. Didn't use it as the tub look abit of yellowish and partly worry it will wet the floor. Another then that staying is OK

離捷運站新店綠線步行十分鐘，離火車站步行大概十八分，這是稍遠！其他食衣住行都是很棒的選擇(早餐好吃就是變化不多)！ 物有所值，值得推薦！Very nice hotel and yummy breakfast with many choices. Location is very good just a bit far from MRT. Green line is recommended about 10 minutes to Beimen station.

We had an excellent time with family the location is safe, the hotel is beautiful it has cappuccino machine with hot milk , hot cocoa 24/7 downstairs in the waiting room plenty of books, we used Uber and it was pretty cheap around $5 USA dollars to Taipei Station where you take many klook excursions, they also have several family markets including seven 11 convenient stores nearby,beds are comfortable and good water pressure, they provide a kettle with tea and coffee a mini fridge and a safe box, good cable and awesome customer service, the breakfast has eggs cold meats cereal breads also their breakfast rice, beef soup and fruits everything was excellent at the night market I felt safe in Taiwan is a beautiful place full of natural resources.

Very friendly staff and convenient location to the famous Ninxia Night Market. I left a fruit on the counter and it was too ripe and broke up when s/he moved it to clean the counter. S/he left a note and a reimbursement under it. I am impressed by this kindness. I kept the note only as the best souvenir for this trip. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. This hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the Taipei main station. I would recommend to take a cab or an Uber to travel from the Taipei main station upon arrival or to depart to the airport. It is too much of a hassle to haul the luggage and walk the 15 minutes to the purple line train to Taoyuan Airport. Uber and cab is inexpensive in Taipei.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were attracted by the lobby, which is spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Their front desk staff also kindly introduced us the environment around the hotel. The transportation, food , shopping and other conveniences are all very convenient too. Room is clean and comfortable .

Great 4 star hotel - decor is great as the outside of hotel looks like a 3 start but the interior is wonderful, The ground floor has a charming sitting area that is partitioned out to be intimate. Its perfect for those that need to check out but flight is later in the day. The breakfast offered is yummy. I love the fresh fruits and traditional congee breakfast. The are western options of salad, yogurt, scramble eggs also. They do promptly close at 10am though. That was a bit of a turn off. The staff seemed set on closing right at 10am. It does seem like a cultural thing though as I noticed it was not just this hotel. There's a wonderful grocery store right next door, great dumpling restaurant across the street and a great massage place 1 block away. Location is great.
