No hospitality at all
The check-in process was long and not courteous. The room was very run down with scratches everywhere. The floor looked not vacuumed and the desk was with greasy marks. The slippers were so flimsy and torn after first wear. The room was not furnished with a safe, therefore we had to request one to be brought to the room. There were absolutely no amenities in the room. The breakfast buffet was of one offering quantity over quality. The pool was nice and clean for lap swimmers like us. I tried to call the front desk and operator but no one picked up after 3 minutes and i hung up. We paid US$250 per night for such a sub-standard room and services. Absolutely not value for money. Will never stay there again.

Overall was disappointing…we booked 2 rooms and got arranged to be on the opposite ends of the building…the quality of the towels and slippers…just poor :/ at the breakfast buffet things were not well maintained (bowls, utensils, food…)

The outdoor swimming pool and health spa was fantastic! The rooms are nice, large and very clean. The breakfast buffet had much variety and was open until late morning. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent choice for all ages. I love the spa, pool and fitness center from the hotel. Walking distance to the department store and food court/restaurants. Will definitely return in my next trip to Tainan.
