This is a great location, there are a lot of things to do and see in walking distance. The 24 hour check in was handy as I arrived 11:30 at night. Room was clean and generous in size. Bathroom was a decent size and shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfy with good pillows. Friendly staff. Only negative was the fridge which kept your drink cool at best. Gym was also closed when I visited. For the price you can't complain. I would definitely stay here again.

The self-laundry services at the basement felt creepy as it was totally linked to the carpark. The lift has a card holder but you didn't even need to tap your card to access the guest rooms.

Very friendly staff, Jason and Carol are very helpful and do their best to fulfill our needs. Restaurant chef is very nice as well, he makes us a delightful breakfast daily. Hotel location is perfect for any places in Taichung. RS will be our first choice next time.

Nice hotel in nice location
The hotel lobby isn't big but reception is very warm. Room of more than 20 m2 size, good enough for 2. No cloth drawers and a bit old carpet if I have to complain, otherwise my rating could go higher. Simple but nice breakfast starts my day on high note. With orbitz 15% discount it sure makes this hotel deal a steal for me.

First taichung experience
Stayed 3 nights here. Hotel staff were generally pleasant and warm. Room was cozy, spacious and clean - slept undisturbed throughout the night! Didn't really explore the neighbourhood as there doesn't seem to be much shops around, but location is pretty central. Can access amenities and shopping comfortably by public buses in front of the hotel. Will recommend to friends or family travelling to taichung!

Good value hotel in awesome location
I booked the hotel for my parents, the overall experience was nice for them. The room was not renovated but the maintenance and cleanness was pleasing, and it was comfy and spacious.

Check-in was easy with minimal efforts as Expedia had prior feed detail information ahead. Only that this hotel requested for deposit of 2k per room, I had booked 2 rooms! visa deposit is allows. Room was cozy with king-size bed n bath having a standing shower n a separate sitting tub. Hotel is sited on major road with great public bus transport support. Room was very clean, but pillow was too soft. Breakfast was ok in very clean environment.
