Nice hotel layout. It's near a shopping mall. The only concerns I had was incomplete toiletries and you need to ask. It could be for environmental purposes. But other than that, I think our stay was all good.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the only negative was the wifi. It wasn't there fault though. They told me there was an incident out of their control that affected the wifi and was being handled by the service provider; however, the wifi in my room was very weak not sure if it was the issue but ill accept them at their word. Very close to Ayala. Very clean, staff answered calls for service very fast. Breakfast buffet was good and very tasty with great filipino foods.

A very quaint and retreat like hotel property. Loved all the encouraging words displayed throughout the property and the accommodating staff. Wish pool was heated though as the hot tub was small and the larger main pool was cold water. Breakfast is ok if included with room and by request laundry services can also be performed.

Tagaytay, PH - Short Stay
The staff could have appeared friendlier and check-in of luggage required my repeating which rooms the luggage needed to go to. Aside from that, the hotel was great, rooms were clean, nice pool for family fun and free buffet breakfast vouchers to the Cafe next door. Short drive to area attractions and shopping. Worth the money.

The location is off the main road and there is a median strip. So it’s a little hard to get around, the Jeep needs run but if you wanna go the opposite way you’ve got a walk up and go back, the pool was dirty, the restaurant for breakfast was horrible, the room itself was nice and the people behind the front desk to care less with any questions I had, the jeepney drivers and the trikes or more useful

There's no view of the surrounding area. Gym area is too small and equipment is too old and not kept up to date. No treadmill, stationary bike seems like 1980s same with the elliptical. They should lose the pool table and put more exercise equipment. I don't know why they even have a gym area if it's so substandard. It's just a safety hazard. The restaurant menu is the same for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - no variety.
