Rooms had recently been renovated and were decent, but the boxspring mattress had no cover and was filthy, each bed only had two very small pillows, and I had to walk up three flights of very old stairs to get to my room.
The rooms were great! Clean and comfortable. The outside was a bit dated and the stairs were sketchy..
The road noise is really bad and due to the hospital a block away, you get the Ambulance, Police and Firetruck noise.
We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp, the room was clean and newly remodeled it looked like. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. There were a few things I would change, one would be maybe updating your quilts/comforters they look a bit worn out. Another thing would be the noise from the traffic and sirens. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay and would probably consider staying here again in the future!

On expedia I had reserved a room with double queens. According to the hotel they only have single bed rooms so that was difficult for a family of 5.
Pictures are very deceptive
Location is on a very busy road where police, ambulance and fire sirens seemed to be going night and day. Scary people who were not staying there lurking around the very cramped parking lot. They key cards didn’t work 75% of the time and not just ours, other guests had were constantly in the lobby with this issue. Took 30 minutes to check in because the computer wasn’t working and there was only one staff that could do it who was constantly being interrupted about the keys cards not working or som other issue going on at the place
How this place 4 stars is beyond me. This is NOT a four star location. It is right on a main road. Key cards do not work, no matter how many you try for the same door. 2nd room was not ready 4 hours after checking in. Next room smelled of Fentanyl. Next room, better but not by much. Third room was the better, but still smelled. TV did not work in the last room. Did not even stay the whole night. Checked out at 9:30PM that night. How this is part of the Wyndham group is beyond me.
