Small room, with tiny bathroom, felt very squished with three people. Courtyard room requires walking outside, whoch would have been fine except it was pouring with rain. No shelter, slippery tiles and tiled steps to reach room. Unable to pre-book parking until morning of arrival, then to be told there is none available. While the property looks lovely and is presented well, overall we paid a lot of money for its location and nothing else.
A lovely boutique hotel, great location, warm and friendly staff.

Very pleasant overall, welcoming staff and systems. If stairs poses an issue for any member of your party these will be problematic. Although daily service was offered on two occasions we had to request this be done when we returned after 4 pm, unsure when services were to be carried out.
This is a beautiful historic property in a fabulous location. We have stayed here previously and enjoyed our stay. This time however we were allocated a room right at the entrance of the property across from the lobby. Not only were we dealing with traffic noise, which we understand is outside the control of the owners of the property, the noise extending late into the night and early morning from people entering and leaving the property really impacted on our stay and sleep. The room needs a refresh, the beauty of the building and architecture of the room is let down by the tired decor and marked walls.
Great stay if attending a concert at Moore park. Very close to the light rail

Our 2 night stay in a courtyard room was unpleasant due to noise from other guests in the courtyard and adjoining rooms, we were kept up into the early hours on both nights. There is no staff on site to help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Would not recommend and will not stay again.
We stayed here to got to the footy finals at the SCG. Right at the Light rail station and much cheaper than the city. Good eating options around. Staff were very accommodating.
Perfect for those needing to visit Prince of Wales
Perfect walking distance to the Prince of wales hospital. Convenient shopping centre down the road.

I had to have day surgery at the Prince of Wales Hospital so the location was very good. The room was a decent size but the bathroom/ensuite was ridiculously small and very awkward to use. My husband had a lot of difficulty showering and could not fit to stand in front of the mirror to shave.
