We were unable to make a cup of tea . Not everyone drinks coffee!!! Had no idea how to use coffee machine if it was possible to boil water for tea( no directions provided) . Never enough milk provided in any case.as we both enjoy tea (with milk) on arrival and again early morning. Disappointing! Otherwise very good.

Love everything about this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It was always nice to be welcomed by Kin everything we arrived. The in-room dining was nice, but there were also lots of options around the hotel. It's just missing a swimming pool :)

Great hotel, close to everything and everywhere I needed in Sydney. Problem with the heating in my room which did not work for 1 night so I had to use a portable heather after a good 10+ hours in a cold room. I was happy the hotel solved it the next day.
