The downside for me was that the bed was too soft & sunk in too much. It was difficult to turn over in bed. I did not sleep well. I would have also liked to a microwave in the room. Other than that, the service was great, loved the option of texting reception, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast & lovely food at the restaurant. And definitely great location, walked to the Opera house, botanical gardens, museum.

The room was clean and had everything we needed enjoy our stay. The only problem we had was the ac in our room was turned off and we had to get an employee to come to our room to turn it on. It would have been nice to have a sign to show us how to turn it on ourselves:)

I would 10/10 recommend the Song Hotel to anyone staying in Sydney. Amazing value, great location, very friendly staff and the included breakfast is deluxe (it saved us over $400 during the course of our stay as SYD is a very expensive City). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great stay, great location
Enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room was a, good size and very comfortable and modern. Love the breakfast. Hotel in a great location and close to train station. Would definitely stay again. Only negative feedback - we asked hotel to look after our luggage and when we went to collect it, hotel staff at the front desk didn't retrieve it for us, they showed us to their store room and we had to go in there to look for our bag. We found this very odd.
