The hotel is in a very good position. Hyde Park just round the corner. An easy walk to Central Railway Station. And not far from George Street and the light rail, which goes all the way to Circular Quay.

The Song Hotel provided everything for a very enjoyable stay. Room and bathroom was small, but nonetheless comfortable and no lack of amenities. Excellent breakfast included in charge and provision of water cooler on ground floor appreciated. Cleaning staff and wait staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. Reception staff a little less so - at least the two we dealt with. Proximity to transport is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Considering our room was on a busy main road it was very quiet, staff were polite and helpful, room included breakfast and the hotel has its own bar and restaurant. All in all good value and a pleasant stay.

Such a nice hotel. Location is great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious and they even brought out a special toaster dedicated to gluten free bread when I told them I had Celiac’s. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and it was delicious. At dinner they were also very accommodating for gluten free. I would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I arrived into the room, I booked to stay longer. The rooms are PERFECT. Then I went down for free breakfast, oh my goodness, AMAZING. Hot and cold options, coffee, juices, the hot chocolate was yum! Then to top it all off, the staff. This is the only hotel where EVERY staff member was courteous and welcoming, including the cleaners. And I mean courteous, they speak in a manner that makes you feel like you are known by them. I have never experienced this level of care, care is the foundation of service. This is an actual 5 star hotel, because of the people. The people are seen in all aspects of the hotel, the cleanliness, the food, the service. These people care. I never felt like they were paid to be polite or do there job. It felt heartfelt. I didn't even see signs of insects or pests, and I reckon it's because even the pests and insects believe these people are so nice, they stay away out of respect. THANKS ALL!!!

Great for a short stay in sydney as very centrally located. Room and hotel very clean. We had dinner at the Song Bar one night and it was a great meal. We included Breakfast with our stay and it was okay. Not a great big selecton but it set us up for the day and was tasty. Would stay again
