It has a nice older world charm and spacious rooms although showing its age. The room staff do a great job servicing the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The gym could use a bit of care and updating.

Stay there every year as my daughter competes on the opera house stage in the national final for Physie. This year the air conditioning wasn’t working meaning she had an uncomfortable sleep before. The hotel needs some tlc. Some things looked like they had aged in the year. Although beautifully dressed for Christmas, rugs in the lobby for example, are worn and tattered. The couch in our room was stained…..Fridge wasn’t working and the sauna is still not operational after 3 years. The parking fee has increased by $20 a day in one year. The convenience to circular quay is brilliant.

The property was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. Only thing was the carpet was dated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. I would stay here again. Highly recommend

This property is very well situated, with easy access to Circular Quay and the Opera House. Wonderful staff and very clean, our only fault was the television, we were unable to access any channel except ABC.

Had a lovely stay, very convenient to get to the Opera House for a concert, to restaurants. Delicious buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff front desk staff and concierge are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are a bit scuffed with age but the underlying quality is apparent. The location is excellent. You can enjoy anything along Curcular Quay and walk back to the hotel, the area is very safe. You are also right across from the botanical gardens.
