The foyer is grand and lovely - and certainly sets tone for high expectation. Beyond this, I encountered a very basic suite, with general hotel vibe a bit "tired." The carpets are stained and freyed. Aesthetically, there is definitely room for improvement. The room was comfortable enough and the bed, linen and pillows were very comfortable. I used rewards points from Expedia for this booking. The booking included a free bottle of wine (which wasnt delivered and I had to request on checkout). All in all, I am really thankful I hadn't paid full price for this room. I would have been really disappointed.

The amenities are fine. The room is good and clean. Aircon works well but is set very low. Temperamental settings. Parking is expensive at $45 a day for parramatta. Staff are efficient but not overly helpful. The TV uses chrome cast which is clunky to use. No apps on tv for streaming. Wifi is good. Pool is very good, has a disability hoist. Also has a spa.

Perfect, modern and centrally located

Large rooms, great location, friendly staff and amazing amenities. This property was across the road from Westfield Parramatta and a brief stroll from Church Street restaurants and cafes and Parramatta station.
