World Square is central CBD and is convenient to both trams and trains. Great location to get most places by walking. Would definitely stay there again ... hopefully sometime soon.

Friendly staff offered excellent service and remembered all the VIP featured extras, which had needed a reminder on my previous stay. The location of this hotel is unrivalled, if you are looking for something in this part of the city, with a major shopping centre in the same building and the surrounding streets full of bars and restaurants and theatres.

A centrally located hotel with a plethora of eating spots and shopping nearby. As it is in the CBD, the streetlife is noisy at night and the early rubbish collection reminds you that you are visiting a big city. I was surprised to pay extra for a coffee (filtered was free) and for bottled water. The parking is a slight challenge - I am glad I watched the vidoe before I arrived (which is excellent).

Great location in central Sydney. Room clean and bed comfortable. Staff helpful and liked the option to opt out of housekeeping for a dining credit. Bar/dining area is a great option for drinks and eats, although many other options around including a supermarket right under the hotel area. Always try and stay here when visiting Sydney

The staff were really helpful and polite. My initial room was smelly and I have to endure poop smell for a couple of hours. The hotel manager upgrade us to a bigger room without the smell but it didn't have bathtub. My initial booking had the bathtub and that's why I chose the room and the hotel. So, it was pretty disappointed no to get the bathtub after changing rooms. If you ask me today, I might not coming back because of this issue
