Big rooms with great amenities. Building is a bit older, but adds to the charm. Much more luxurious than I expected. Very attentive staff (they are very swift to help carry bags up and down stairs, for example), and all around great, comfortable stay.

First room was nice, but lower down and near the construction across the road. Was incredibly noisy even on the weekend. Ended up being moved to another room higher and further away and was better. Service was great, buffet breakfast was not fancy but solid, but the dining area can get very busy. Looks like construction on two sites nearby will be going on a while so if you’re not planning on spending time in the room (I.e. business trip) would be ok.

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the CBD in Sydney so you can get to wherever you need to.
