The room wasn’t cleaned well . The showers were hard to close and water kept dripping. The room had a weird smell. Not to many options for the breakfast and always the same breakfast served. The hotel also doesn’t have any pool. Besides that the location is great and Service is ok. The room service is great

The receptionists are ‘unapproachable’ being hidden behind large computer screens on pillars and not making eye contact. The smell of bacon cooking permeating the room every morning at 5:30am was quite nauseating for a vegetarian. The concierges were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and packed with everything we needed.

The hotel was great. The room was very clean and well appointed. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the harbor and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Sydney to stay here.
