All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. Whenever we were leaving, the valets would ask if we needed a ride and called taxi's for us, one valet even flagged one down that he saw going past. We left an item in the car and the reception staff were very helpful and the valet had brought the item to our room in moments. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was very slight, but the chromecast would drop out about every hour if we weren't quick enough with the remote to say we were still watching. Overall - great staff and a great stay. We will be back :)

Excellent property and wonderful, extremely helpful staff, the only worry was the walk over to Darling Harbor was under a bridge along a very dodgy, not very well lit up path. A bit of paving and some plants and better lighting would definitely help.

I booked a suite and it gave us access to their executive lounge area. The complimentary pre dinner snacks and breakfast at the lounge are great. It’s a short walk to Chinatown, darling square and darling harbour. We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly, the staff are great and super helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The hotel reception was very modern and in a great location, walkable to darling harbour (approx 5 mins) and the opera house (approx 25 mins). I was disappointed with my room as it was very dated and dingy with very little sunlight and a view of a back alleyway. For the price payed, I would say it is overpriced and if I were to visit Sydney again I would choose to spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

We had th best experience with ParkRoyal Darling Harbour. Before our stay, someone rang us regarding our request and making sure we are good to go. On the day on our booking, we rocked up early to drop off luggages and was informed we might be able to get an early check in and out request to get a room with tub was not a problem. Fast forward we got our room and there was no tub and they immediately changed the room for us and got us a room that we were able to enjoy the tub PLUS watch the fireworks from the window. The breakfast was great and extra barista made coffee and excellent service from staffs just made it top notch. We were able to do late midday check out also

Happy to recommend this hotel. In particular I would like to comment on the staff. Every staff member we encountered (check in, doormen, cleaners, concierge and restaurant) were courteous, happy and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and we were close to the amenities of Darling Harbour.
