Noisy! Main road bridge on-ramp and single glazed windows meant that road traffic noise was very loud. I changed rooms. Batteries in TV remote were flat so, couldnt switch it off. Paid for breakfast but left without any because staff were very poor and couldnt accomodate a simple dietary request. Its a nice old building and the staff are well intended but I wont be going back!

Great one-night stay. Very classy, boutique hotel. Staff were amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The room was comfortable (bed a bit soft might be the only complaint). The complimentary lolly bar in the foyer and in-room mini bar were very nice touches.

For your own safety, please take note that some room doors need to be pulled shut as they will only semi-close on their own. We made sure to do that, but even after telling the hotel everyday to let their housekeeping know, we still returned to our room door unlocked. Anyone could have walked in. Thankfully our items were not stolen. Other than this safety issue, the staff were really pleasant. Take note, that you can cut through the Novotel Car Park across the road to get to ICC quickly.

We had a wonderful four-night stay here. Our room was comfortable and spacious and above all quiet, so we had great nights of sleep. The hotel staff let us check in early which was excellent since we had landed in Sydney at 6am from the States after a very, very long flight. The staff were cordial and business like. Location is amazing - close to the major tourist spots but also far enough away not to be annoying.

Was the most comfortable bed!!! Easy walk to ICC for our show on the Friday night and lots of restaurants close by. Cheaper to book online for the Wilson car park across the road from property.

I loved everything about my stay. My room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Also enjoyed dining there, the food was delicious and the staff were great.
