Breakfast was not free but it was the most amazing buffet I have ever experienced. I would suggest not calling our room at 1:45 AM to say a “message was being delivered.” Soon after a knock at the door and toothbrushes and toothpastes were delivered. We were checking out in the morning. NO ONE wants a call at 1:45 AM!

The staff were all amazing. We arrived very early in the morning and our room wasn’t ready so they gave us access to the spa changing rooms to shower and our room was ready before 10am which was very appreciated. Whilst the room itself wasn’t amazing, it had everything you needed with a very comfy bed and the hotel is in a great location. We didn’t get breakfast in the hotel as it was $60 pp and there are so many lovely cafes very close by to get breakfast and it was less than half the price of the hotel breakfast.
