Summary:
Welcome to our quiet garden apartment in a classic Bondi Beach art deco apartment building.
Only 400m to the beach on a wonderful tree lined street, our lovely 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a homely stay.
The garden out the front has been lovingly restored by us and is the perfect space for a coffee or a quiet wine.
The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated. The living room and Queen bedroom both have ceiling fans with communal laundry facilities available!

The Space:
The apartment has an eclectic mix of artworks that we've collected over the years and a cosy welcoming aspect to it. The living area can comfortably sit a small group with the dining area in the kitchen - however why would you eat inside when the garden is a perfect oasis of calm for your morning coffee or evening drink! Get a cheese board and enjoy the sun going down from this wonderful vantage point. The bathroom has been recently renovated so is in perfect condition and you can enjoy an incredible night's sleep in our 5* hotel style linen. We also added a portable A/C in the living area recently, for those warm Bondi nights. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach you are perfectly positioned to enjoy all the wonders of the back streets of Bondi with it's array of interesting characters, beautiful people, wonderful eateries and boutique shopping.

My wonderful four nights at Bondi
I was very happy that And would more than likely choose to return. I did quite a lot of cooking which meant that I used a crockery cutlery as much as I could to produce a good meal for family. The crockery and the cutlery was not clean which I informed Jules about. He said that he would make sure to rectify that. I found Jules to be most Professional and very pleasant to deal with. I informed Jules that I didn’t mind cleaning it at all. However, I felt it very important to let him know. I felt that the cleaners had done a wonderful job, but I just feel it with the crockery etc that previous guests had left in a hurry and therefore weren’t enough with the washing and drying of the crockery. All in all I was very happy and thank you so much once again Jules.
