Not so good. Expensive, so you expect a premium service, but housekeeping wasn't performed despite asking for it, breakfast service was very busy and they had run out of some options, toilet didn't flush properly and having to pay extra for parking is an insult. It is a characterless modern hotel building, no charm at all.

Typical Marriot. Outside of the hotel in need of some TLC, it is looking worn and dated. Staff were good, friendly and helpful. Room size was good, bed comfortable, shower worked. One downside was noise, the aircon was very loud, the small fridge buzzed and the bathroom extractor fan sounded like a hairdryer and came on randomly. Marriott breakfasts are usually good, this one was OK but not a high point. Location and parking are both very good.

This is our second stay at this property. Very friendly staff. Great convinient central location. Next to beach. Albeit, paid parking. Pleasant rooms and clean.

Overpriced, but good location
Not very good service. Every time we inquired about a problem, it was not promptly solved. We had a fridge that didn’t work, they gave us a mini fridge that also didn’t work. The windows didn’t open. The room was low on toilet paper and Kleenex when we got it. One of the lamps didn’t work properly. I’m not sure what gives this hotel a 4 star rating. Nice that it’s by the beach though.
