周りにローソンと道の駅しかないので夜ご飯には困る。 ホテルから見えるオーシャンビューも最高。 温泉に関しては21時終了は早すぎる。 宿泊者の誰もが感じてると思うし改善して欲しい。

当日予約で遅くにチェックインしたにも関わらず丁寧に快く迎え入れてくださいましてありがとうございました。ロケーションも最高で朝風呂でも最高の景色で良い思い出となりました。友人の子供が混浴できない年齢でしたがお風呂の担当者様が男性スタッフに子供がロッカーを使えてるか見てきて欲しいと支持している会話が聞こえて気遣いに感動しました。また、是非訪れたいと思える滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

過度なサービスはなく、施設もどこもキレイで静かで快適でしたが、トラブルへの対処が充分ではなかったかなと。まだ新しいホテルなのでスタッフの方々も慣れていない感が強く感じました。 海側の部屋、朝の露天風呂は景色最高でした。

とても気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、周辺に夜間に買い物出来るところが無く、真っ暗闇の中、スマホの灯りを頼りに慣れない道をコンビニまで歩くのは不安でした。

望海の湯が眺めも良くて最高でした！ 食べる所は少なく苦労するかもしれないですが、隣接の道の駅と提携したフードデリバリーもあるので何とかなると思います。

コロナでのホテル滞在
唯一の食事どころの道の駅でまん延防止のため夕食が取れず困りました。近隣にもありませんし車で30分走らないとないと言われました。 到着前に教えて欲しかったです。 また、リモートワークができるような大きめの机の貸し出しがあると良いと思います。
