"Communication with the host was 5 stars within minutes of booking. Even when I made a mistake in booking, he was quick to offer a solution to make our weekend plans seamless and enjoyable. The arrival directions were spot on and easy to follow. The house is perfectly located- you get a peek at the ocean, but are just far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are walking distance. The house was meticulously cleaned and had every kitchen and bathroom item we needed. They even had beach towels and chairs for our use. The bed was super comfortable. All the comforts of home made this rental a great spot for the weekend. We will definitely return!"

"It was a great spacious rental house near the jetty where we fished each day. The house was nice and great for a family plus rental. had no issues. I just wish there were more kitchen size trash bags other than the one in the trash can"

"The location was great. The house was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a maintenance issues we discovered upon arrival, and property management sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We did not encounter any other issues during our stay. We had a really nice time. "

"My husband and I spent 4 days in the wonderful beach home and the only time we were inside was to sleep! Lounging on the deck over the water watching the waves and the surfers was the most absolutely peaceful stress free 4 days. The house was beautiful and the decor was really pretty. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We stopped at the store and shopped for our meals, but everything else needed was stocked in the kitchen. Will definitely be coming back. Great use of space with the 4 bedrooms. The location of the house to the beach was just amazing. Really enjoyed watching the tankers, ships and barges going through the channel that was so close to the house. Great time. Definitely worth the money!!!"

"This is an amazing rental house on Surfside! Especially if you are going with family and kids. The golf cart was a game changer. So easy to get to the drive on beach, the park, and restaurants. The house was super clean and organized. Loved all the cute beach decor. The fact that the house had a water filtration system was also a MAJOR plus. The host was so responsive and kind! If you ever need help with anything during your stay, he will answer very quickly. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We highly recommend this property. "
