Worst reception we ever experienced
The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation number from hotels.com email., they still said the confirmation was incorrect. I think they brought the staff in from the rice fields for the day to expose them to new technology like paper and pencils. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever.
