I had an issue with my TV not working but that was sorted. I also ask for a ceramic cup which was also brought to my unit as i didn't like the one using cups that end up in landfill

First appearance at reception, receptionists needed to put her smiley face on not a good first impression, but restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Maybe consider including better options for breakfast. Our room was satisfactory good value for money apart from the dust and spider webs in the window above our bed. Would definitely consider staying again. 😊

The room was lovely and peaceful but seriously For the exorbitant price there was only international roast coffee sachet in the room, nothing on offer in the bar fridge except a frozen icebox and milk. Everything shuts at 8pm including room service, no courtesy transport transfers, a lousy Kmart iron that did more damage than iron The bathroom basin has old stains

Mattresses on both beds were terrible. They were old and had been well used to the point that either side of the mattress were indented and there was a hard lump directly in the middle. Asked if it was possible to either have a new mattress or flip it. I was told they could only put a mattress topper on it. They were informed there was already 2 on the bed.
