HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Our mission - - is to help our guests make beautiful memories together.
Please be aware that by making a booking with us, you accept the following House Rules.
Absolutely enjoy our space but please be respectful of the home and all of our belongings.
Please note: Breaches of the house rules will result in cancellation of your booking and all guests will be required to leave and strictly no refund will be given.
- We strictly cater for family groups only.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES or Events to be held at our home - no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour either please. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges (if needed - additional to security deposit) and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund.
– Noise levels must be considerate, especially at night and area the pool area. As this is our home and we are in a suburban setting - We like to keep our neighbours as friends. Noise is to be Kept to a minimum after 10pm. We are super friendly with our neighbours and both have our Property Mangers phone numbers in case of any such event. If there are problems at the property with noise after 10pm, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund.
– GARDENS: We LOVE LOVE LOVE our gardens. We have collected things from all over the world and included them in our gardens for everyone to see, We know you will love our gardens too – hopefully as much as we do! Please be mindful not to walk or place objects on any of our plants. Please don’t let the kids break branches or pull any leaves off our plants. Some of them have taken us a long time to grow.
Please keep an eye on small children when in the garden.
- POOL Guests must wash off any sand before entering the pool. Extra cleaning fees will apply if glass or sand is found in the pool. Pls Note: There is an outdoor shower on your way through to the pool, for easy wash down after coming back from a fun day at the beach.
- NO SMOKING inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. If you smoke outside the home, please ensure all ashtrays are binned on exit.
- PETS on application only. If requesting for a pet to stay, please mote that we don't allow any pets inside the house.
- NO EXTRA’s: adults or children, as overnight visitors.
- CLEANING: On departure please ensure - All DISHES must be washed, dried and returned to the correct cupboards and level of house. This includes an emptying the dishwasher upstairs. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied.
Pls follow check our instructions on the fridge, this includes stripping bedding.
- PARKING: Plenty of parking! Outfront of our property, off street parking or on the other side of the DLW near the skate park.
We are located on a little service road at the end of a cul-de-sac. 2 properties access the service road, our property and our neighbours. Please be mindful not to block access for our neighbours on both sides. Please note the driveway roller gate is permanent closed and not to be opened under any circumstances.
- BBQ AREA: Gas Included. The BBQ can be used by our guests however please leave it the way you find it! Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill/plate clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.
- FOOD: Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. We do not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- FURNITURE – Please don’t rearrange our furniture.

RESPECT – PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR NEIGHBOURS. This is a residential area and We Love our Neighbours. Please also be respectful of the property.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.

COVID UPDATE
Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses takes the health and safety of our guests very seriously and is doing everything we can to help stop the spread of COVID 19.
On the day of checking in, The property manager will meet you onsite to check IDs and to give you access to the property.
After this, our Property Manager will take you for a tour of the property. This gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have.
However please note, each floor has a house guide printed out, with everything you need to know.
