No 24hr reception and awkward parking situation. The Spa in the property is warm and uncomfortable and the pool quite small. Rooms are spacious though but the TVs have some weird software on them so cant even cast or use Netflix. Property is also on a weird street that has 2 x 1 way roads so annoying to drive around. We stayed level 2 which meant no view also.

The carpark is really a tight squeeze. We stayed for 4 nights and no house keeping was provided unless the stay was for 5 nights. Only one set of toiletries and coffee and tea capsules were provided for the duration of our stay. Any extra requested would be chargeable. It does not leave a very positive experience for guests at all.

Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great

The property is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat, right by the esplanade and across street from ocean. Parking garage below facility. Nice to be able to do laundry on site. We’d highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay but was surprised the apartment was not serviced over our stay. We ran out of toilet paper as an example. It did lack things like dish washing clothes and scrubbing brush, clothes drying frame. The view was awesome and the property was well located.
