It is actually not a motel, but rather a backpackers accommodation. We were greeted in the hallway but a bloke in his undies going to toilet. Decided not to stay and drove back to Gold Coast over midnight. The ad is misleading and we actually want a full refund of our money. Furthermore, there was no safe parking for our car is wild and noisy youths were running the shopping centre car park.

I found this place to be clean, friendly and quiet - on the Monday night I stayed here. Without my asking, one of the friendly staff kindly parked my large car for me. I'm thinking of returning for a longer stay, after the school holidays. That same friendly staff member was honest enough to say it can get noisy there sometimes. Sounds from along the hallway, do tend to echo - but everyone seemed to be quiet after 9 pm, when I was there. Just bring some earplugs if I come on a weekend

Good quite location parking a little difficult hallway act as an amplifier for the slightest noise of people trying to be quiet when up all hrs during the night.

The property itself was fine. Basic but for the price was good enough. The issue is you can hear noise from other guests all night. While i know the issue is other guests behaviour and not a motel problem, the sound proofing isnt good at all.

Facility was immaculately clean and had an air of hospitality and a friendly homespun vibe. The common facilities are well appointed and maintained. There are many shared facilities, pool table, eating areas, TV watching areas, BBQ and associated deck. It is a credit to the proprietors, who were so nice and welcoming and go overboard to keep the place ship shape and welcoming. But.... it's a stretch to call it a 'Motel' or a 'Hotel' It's more like a guest house with shared facilities. Like a hostel or backpackers. Best for young people. The single rooms are very small, albeit immaculacy clean. All in all, it represents great value. Just be aware that the toilets and showers are shared. Would I stay there again? I think I would, if only because of the cleanliness and the hospitality of the proprietors.

The moment you walk in foyer has a lovely coastal relax feeling, i had a late check-in, Keys were in secure combination safe, after hours staff on call were more than happy to assist with enquiries. Room was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. A beautiful establishment to wake up to in the morning with adjoining court yard from kitchen to enjoy your coffee and breakfast. Thankyou for offering a relaxed comfortable atmosphere, friendly professional staff.also an exceptional price. *****

Car parking is hard to do Smoke smell from smokers Advertisings does not clearly state that the showers are shared and not in room This motel is that close to being a back Packers without adverting the fact People drinking, swearing and noisy till all hours of the night. Not good when you’ve travelled a distance and need to continue your joutney Couldn’t wait yo get out of there next morning. NOT RECOMMENDED
